Paul Avril

Michael Blowhard writes:

Dear Blowhards --

Why didn't our college art-history profs tell us anything about Paul Avril? (NSFW.) I bet a lot more boys would develop an interest in the arts if only their teachers would introduce them to artists like Paul Avril. Here are some of Avril's illustrations for "Fanny Hill." Gotta love the strictness of his neoclassicism. Thwack!

This one is my favorite, because it is a dream of mine to be fanned with a palm leaf by a naked woman while doing another doggy-style. I hope one day to make this dream a reality.

I'm not joking.

Hey JV, Unfortunatly that is not a woman he's screwing, it's a man, lol I was looking Edouard Henri-Avril up on wikipedia and it's definitly a depicture of gay sex, It shows at the bottom that it's homo sex lmao

As long as I'm getting fanned with a palm leaf by a naked woman, it's all good.

I'd probably add him to Art 102 about the same time the English dept added Fanny Hill to the sophomore survey of English Lit (if they still teach such a thing!).
