Random Visual Attack 3

Michael Blowhard writes:

Dear Blowhards --

Not too long ago, The Wife and I visited the Florida Panhandle. The Panhandle is the location of the legendary New Urbanist town Seaside, but it's more generally known as "the Redneck Riviera," and it's very Britney Spears, if you know what I mean. We did our best to live the life.

That's relaxing just to look at. Thanks.

Even better: There was alcohol in that iced tea. Some kind of Southern thing, I think. Or at least Panhandle thing.

Alcoholic iced tea? I'd be laying on the ground underneath that table after a few hours of livin' the life...

Actually, wait a minute...that is me lying under that table! How'd you get that picture, you scamp!

For a combo

What? No coaster?!

A Long Island iced tea? They're quite popular in the South. They love that iced tea.

Hey, you should have said you were going -- you could have gotten some tips. Like don't go in August.

Or where to eat, an intro to the owners of the Krier House, the best and cheapest place to stay at Seaside, etc.

Long Island Iced Tea -- that's what they're called! They're good. The caffeine high, the alcolhol slowdown ... A nice combo. I know an artist who loves drinking a big double-Starbucks and smoking some weed before settling in to paint. He says it's his kind of speedball. I think a Long Island Iced Tea may be my kind of speedball.
